Do you accept insurance?

We accept most insurance policies. These include: BCBS, Aetna, Humana, Magellan, Optum Health, United Health Care, Cigna and several EAPs. Navigate to our Insurance and Fee section to get more information about billing, insurance and fees.

Do you offer a free consultation?

Yes! We are happy to consult with you. You may send an email with your question to info@pivensmithchicago.com or give us a call at 214-864-1792. We will follow up with you to talk about your specific questions, needs and preferences.

Do you have a sliding scale?

Yes. our goals is to help everyone who is in need aof assistance regarless of pay source. We have limited availability for sliding scale spots but will work with you to develop a payment plan and a fee structure that you can afford.
